Following the GHG Protocol, AAEON Technology has systematically tracked and verified our greenhouse gas emissions with the help of external consultants, using 2021 as the base year to measure:
- Scope 1: Direct GHG emissions,
- Scope 2: Energy indirect GHG emissions,
- Scope 3: Other indirect GHG emissions.
Including the often-overlooked Scope 3 ensures all emissions are addressed, showing our commitment to full environmental responsibility.
AAEON Technology successfully earned the GHG Protocol certification – a milestone initially planned for 2024. Our dedicated team continues to monitor emissions, refine processes, and work toward our 2030 goals:
- Reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 by 50% (from 2021 levels).
- Reduce Scope 3 by 30% (from 2021 levels).
