Resilient & Robust for Real-World Constraints
With a -20°C to 70°C temperature range, lockable pin header connectors, and soldered LPDDR5 system memory, the PICO-ADN2 stays operational even when conditions get tough. The board also provides an optional 2-pin header for an external supercapacitor that can be sized to provide at least 48 hours of RTC runtime, maintaining accurate timekeeping during power interruptions while offering an alternative to conventional battery-based backup. As a result, the PICO-ADN2 stays robust when encountering everything from extreme temperature fluctuation to unexpected power interruptions.

Small Footprint, Big Potential
At just 100mm x 72mm, the PICO-ADN2 is exceptionally compact, yet provides the compute performance required to bring larger systems to life. With a choice of the 15W Intel® Core™ i3-N305 or 12W Intel® Processor N97 CPU, the PICO-ADN2 leverages an efficient processing architecture, providing responsive and reliable operation without excessive power draw. As a result, the PICO-ADN2 is ideal for integration in space-constrained applications that demand a delicate balance between performance, thermal efficiency, and energy consumption.

Versatile I/O for Project Building
The PICO-ADN2 is equipped with a lockable pin-header I/O, giving integrators a stronger foundation for their project. Two RS-232/422/485 headers, a GPIO 4-bit, I2C/SMBus, and two Gigabit Ethernet provide the connectivity needed to link external systems and networks for industrial deployments, while support for up to three simultaneous displays, multi-gen USB headers, and M.2 expansion serve as a robust foundation for digital signage and smart kiosk development.
