The GENE-EHL5 takes the most exceptional and cutting-edge features of the rapidly evolving subcompact board sphere and combines them to innovate and expand how AI edge computing is applied in industries such as medical technology, telecommunications, and industrial automation. With its M.2 2280 expansion slot enabling an AI module connection, the GENE-EHL5 offers the AI edge computing capability for applications in medical devices.
With IoT-enhanced processor and multiple I/O expansions, the GENE-EHL5 can be customized to meet the specific design requirements for a versatile, scalable and high-performance PoS terminal.
Digital Signage
Aside from its compact size and processing power, the GENE-EHL5 supports high resolution display and is power-efficient, making it ideal for digital signage applications.
Edge Device
With CPU performance upgraded by 40%, compact form factor, and power efficiency, the GENE-EHL5 comes with dual Intel Gigabit LAN controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, and multiple M.2 sockets for expansions such as AI acceleration module for edge AIoT applications.
Panel PC
The feature-rich GENE-EHL5 offers upgraded computing and graphics performance, multiple display outputs, and optional 4/5/8-wire Touch Controller to accelerate the design-in for robust panel PC.
Identity Management
Besides high computing performance, the GENE-EHL5 supports the expansion with AI acceleration module via its M.2 2280 socket to boost facial recognition and identity management capability.


Enabling connection to a 5G module, the GENE-EHL5’s M.2 3052 and Nano SIM slots have exciting potential for applications in telecommunications.
