The NanoCOM-TGU by AAEON is the ultimate integration of mini form factor and high-performance platform to optimize embedded and mobile applications where space-efficiency and processing performance are on top priority. Powered by 11th Generation Intel® Core™ Processor Family (formerly Tiger Lake UP3), our NanoCOM-TGU not only offers powerful computing capability, but also the graphical processing power enabled by Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics engine and Intel® UHD Graphics to optimize AI and Deep Learning applications in small form factors. The onboard LPDDR4x memory up to 16GB with in-band ECC (supported by the Intel® Tiger Lake UP3 SoC) allows ultra high-speed memory for embedded, mobile systems. The NanoCOM-TGU leverages the mini form factor and high-speed I/O interfaces of COM Express Type 10 (85 mm x 55 mm) to shorten deployment process.

COM Express Type 10 Mini Form Factor

By leveraging the mini form factor of COM Express Type 10, NanoCOM-TGU has everything you need to shorten the design and deployment processes for embedded mobile applications. The Type 10 form factor is only credit card size, but it integrated i7 performance CPU and up to 16GB memory to boost the small and slim applications. It also offers the high-speed I/O interfaces including one 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, two display outputs (eDP x 1 and DDI x 1), and four PCI-Express lanes for all needs.

High-speed Memory and Storage

With the support of the 11th Generation Intel® Core™ SoC, NanoCOM-TGU supports LPDDR4x memory with in-band ECC up to 16GB to upgrade performance in data processing for IoT and Big Data related applications. The onboard PCIe NVMe SSD interface supports up to 256GB and accelerates read/write speeds multiple times than other storage interfaces.
