Spanning 2.5" Pico-ITX, 3.5" SubCompact, and 4" EPIC form factors, AAEON’s single-board lineup is designed to give integrators all the tools needed to build, deploy, and scale solutions powered by the Intel® Core™ Processor N-series (formerly Twin Lake). From exceptionally rugged controllers capable of automating systems in industrial environments to low-power, cost-efficient HMI and digital signage platforms, AAEON’s TWL collection has it covered.

The PICO-TWL4 – A Miniature Manufacturing Marvel
As tough as it is compact, the PICO-TWL4 pairs a wide -40°C to 85°C temperature tolerance with an array of industrial communication options, including four COM connectors, a GPIO 4-bit, and SMBus to simplify smart manufacturing. What’s more, the board provides the option of 9V to 36V power input support and lockable power connectors, helping it thrive in even the harshest factory environments.

The GENE-TWL7 – Smarter Signage, Wherever its Needed
The GENE-TWL7 provides everything needed to bring interactive kiosks to life, including dual LVDS, HDMI, and DP interfaces for three simultaneous display outputs. Beyond signage, the board provides the tools needed to run interactive kiosks, including audio functionality, onboard TPM 2.0, and an I/O conducive to the integration of card readers and QR code scanners. Moreover, with both dual 2.5GbE ports and M.2 expansion, the GENE-TWL7 offers both local and wireless networking for more connected, practical operation.

The EPIC-TWL9 – A Gateway to Industrial IoT
Up to four 2.5GbE ports, six COM interfaces, wireless expansion, and a 16-bit GPIO all in one 4” embedded board, the EPIC-TWL9 bridges communication between legacy industrial equipment and modern Ethernet and cloud infrastructure. Able to support myriad peripheral devices for data acquisition, the EPIC-TWL9 goes further by leveraging data to automate and execute tasks, with the additional benefit of a wide -20°C to 70°C temperature tolerance and a 9V to 36V power input range giving it the durability needed to thrive at the very edge.
